Who said about a rave? Oh all you -ve closeminded guys!! And who says it has to be music or games? The idea is to have both.

Go to a music festival if you want that kinda thing, come to a LAN to play games.
Again, the idea is for both, and not to make everyones ears bleed, but to have a decent level of listenable but blockoutable (it's a word now mofos) music.

Yeah we packed up about midnight on the Sunday a few reasons for this.

    1. Allow us to set off a little earlier then normal on the Monday avoiding the rush with others leaving. I was able to park my car right outside the main door easily load up and return to the tent
    2. I find Monday a bit of a bore tbh, once u have got up, washed and eaten little seems to be going on, many servers are empty you end up just feeling like you are waiting around to leave.
    3. The Hall tbh was a mess with pissed up kiddies, that conga was an absolute joke was more a drunken stampede then a fun conga.

So we all packed up then went back to the tents and all watched Cloverfield and Shroom and drank cider

Then in the morning had a nice breakfast at the farm shop and set off home.

It's a good idea, we can have a seperate room for all the ****wits who like to drink too much, play loud music, do the congo, fall on peoples equipment etc. and let the people who actually went to the LAN to game do so in peace.

I think it would be great to lean a bit more towards the dreamhack style, music, stuff on stage 24/7 etc.

Not in 2008 they didn't. In fact when they played one of his tracks at Winter2008 the whole crowd started to boo cos he sold out!
